У 2016 році Дмитро Райфшнайдер і Олена Джула-Райфшнайдер після 4-х років роботи у сфері архітектурного проєктування вирішили, що потрібно розпочинати свою справу. Так з'явилась RD Architectural Group. Домашній офіс і приймальня у кав'ярнях за кілька років переїхали у справжій офіс, і тоді ж почала розширюватись команда.
Сьогодні ми REIFSCHNEIDER BUREAU і нас вісім архітекторів і архітекторок у команді, ми також постійно співпрацюємо з партнерами різних спеціальностей.
Ми є абсолютними прихильниками трьох принципів Вітрувія в архітектурі - міцність, користь і краса. Будь-який об'єкт архітектури повинен довго і надійно стояти, служити людям і приносити користь, а також бути естетично привабливим. Все інше мінливе: функціонал з часом трансформується, власники і користувачі оновлюються, влада міняється, а споруди і простори залишаються.
Наша команда живе своєю справою і працює на результат. Якість нашого продукту підтверджується регулярними перемогами і призовими місцями на всеукраїнських і міжнародних конкурсах. Ми обожнюємо ділитись своїм досвідом - тому часто виступаємо з лекціями і презентаціями. Також віримо, що кожен повинен робити свій внесок у розвиток України - тому часто працюємо над соціально потрібними проєктами на безоплатній основі.

In 2016, Dmytro Reifschneider and Olena Dzhula-Reifschneider, after 4 years of working in the field of architectural design, decided to start their own business - RD Architectural Group. The home office and the meeting room in coffee shops moved to a real office in a few years, and at the same time the team began to expand.
Today we are REIFSCHNEIDER BUREAU and we are eight architects in the team, and we also constantly cooperate with partners of various specialties.
We are absolute supporters of Vitruvius' three architectural principles - strength, utility and beauty. Any object of architecture should stand for a long time and reliably, serve people and bring benefits, as well as be aesthetically attractive. Everything else is changeable: functionality is transformed over time, owners and users are updated, power changes, and buildings and spaces remain.
Our team lives its business and works for results. The quality of our product is confirmed by regular victories and prizes at all-Ukrainian and international competitions. We love to share our experience - that's why we often give lectures and presentations. We also believe that everyone should contribute to the development of Ukraine - that's why we often work on socially necessary projects on a free basis.
