Комерційний об' єкт в два поверхи. Партер - приміщення з входом безпосередньо з вулиці. Другий поверх задля незвичного фасаду майже позбавлений вікон. Приміщення від цього не постраждали, тому що споруда досить вузька і більшість офісів виходять вікнами на інший бік. І лише одне приміщення потребувало застосування верхнього освітлення через світловий люк.

 

Фасадна "луска" вже давно у трендах сучасної архітектури. Завдяки прогресивним поглядам замовника вдалось отримати цікавий досвід роботи з цим матеріалом.

 

Матеріал - нержавійка з кольоровим напиленням під відтінок латуні. З недоліків - значна витрата матеріалу і трудомісткість, а з позитивів неординарний вигляд, довговічність і можливість оздоблення складних криволінійних форм.

Commercial object in two floors. The ground floor is a room with an entrance directly from the street. The second floor has almost no windows due to the unusual facade. The premises were not affected by this, because the building is quite narrow and most of the offices have windows facing the other side. And only one room required overhead lighting through a skylight.

 

Facade "scale" has long been in the trends of modern architecture. Thanks to the progressive views of the customer, it was possible to get an interesting experience of working with this material.

 

The material is stainless steel with a brass color coating. Among the disadvantages - a significant consumption of material and laboriousness, and among the positives - an extraordinary appearance, durability and the possibility of decorating complex curvilinear forms.
