L-HOUSE

The shape of the house is mainly dictated by the feature location of the site and the wishes of the customer.

The house is one-storey with an attached garage for two car. Due to the prevailing cold northern winds on north-oriented garage and all ancillary and technical night rooms. The living area consists of a living room with kitchen and dining area, three bedrooms and ancillary premises. Living room and master bedroom with windows overlook the covered terrace of the house in the southern courtyard side. On the south-western side of the site borders the building garage in the adjacent area, from which the opposite hot break. Such features dictated the elongated the shape of the house in the plan, which further emphasizes the volume gable roof without the entire length of the building.
