Особливість цього будинку в тому, що тут всього лише 8 квартир. Компактний будинок, який є пордовженням першого будинку і подвір’я таунхаусів. Всі переваги інфраструктури цього двору також належать і власникам квартир цього будинку.
Кожна квартира має літній простір у вигляді тераси, приквартирного дворика або дахової тераси. Дуже важливо не просто жити у чистому озелененому середовищі, але й мати можливість вийти з дому на свіже повітря, посидіти почитати книжку або випити кави на власній терасі.

Зовнішній вигляд будинку продовжує ідею лаконічності і аскетизму перших проєктів. Але через складний поворот вулиці форма будинку у плані дещо незвична, чим викликала цікаві рішення також і у плануванні квартир.
The appearance of the house continues the idea of brevity and asceticism of the first projects. But due to the complex turn of the street, the shape of the house in the plan is somewhat unusual, which caused interesting decisions in the planning of the apartments as well.
