Майбутній освітній простір інтегрований прогресивний сучасний район Smart&Green у місті Хмельницькому. Ділянка взаємодіє з усіма дотичними вулицями та має чітку зрозумілу структуру всередині, із розмежованими просторами для школи, садочку та спорту . Територія поділена на приватну та публічну зони за допомогою огорожі, що формує безпечний простір для учнів, адже кожна людина потрапляє на територію комплексу через один із контрольованих входів.
Публічні простори перед входами до споруд містять паркомісця, сквери, громадський парк навколо саду дощової води та літній майданчик перед кафе в холі школи. Ділянка розпланована таким чином, щоб забезпечує незалежне та раціональне функціонування кожної споруди, а також їх певних функцій окремо.
На протилежному, від основних споруд, кінці ділянки розташована будівля футбольного клубу.
The educational complex is integrated into the progressive, modern Smart&Green district in the city of Khmelnytskyi. The site interacts seamlessly with adjacent streets and features a clear, comprehensible internal layout with distinct areas for a school, kindergarten, and sports facilities. The territory is divided into private and public zones using fencing, creating a safe environment for students, as every individual enters the complex through one of the controlled access points.
Public spaces near the entrances include parking areas, squares, a community park surrounding a rainwater garden, and a summer terrace in front of the café located in the school lobby. The site is designed to ensure the independent and efficient operation of each building, as well as the specific functions of each facility.
At the opposite end of the site, away from the main buildings, a football club facility is located, providing additional recreational opportunities while maintaining a rational spatial arrangement.

План
Серцем комплексу є внутрішній двір. Він слугує, як і місцем тихого , так і активного відпочинку. Там є: озеленена галявина, зона при їдальні зі столиками, окремий майданчик для молодшої школи, різноманітні ігри та меблі для відпочинку, а в центрі велика площа для подій, яка може вмістити усіх бажаючих.
При виході з основного холу ліцею ми потрапляємо на головну вісь огляду, іншим кінцем якої є трибуна зі сценою. Частково простір накритий легким навісом для затінення в сонячні дні. Також частина двору відділена пагорбом та густим засадженням для майданчика дитячого садочку.
The inner courtyard serves as the heart of the complex, offering spaces for both quiet and active recreation. It features a landscaped lawn, a dining area with tables, a dedicated playground for the primary school, various games, and furniture for relaxation. At the center is a large event square, capable of accommodating everyone.
Exiting the main lobby of the lyceum leads directly to the primary visual axis, culminating in a stage with seating for spectators. Part of the courtyard is shaded by a lightweight canopy, providing comfort on sunny days. Another section of the courtyard is separated by a hill and dense plantings, creating a private playground area for the kindergarten.
Вхід в дитячий садочок розташований з протилежної, від ліцею, сторони. Планувальні рішення комплексу забезпечують відмежування територія дитячого садочку, та створюють комфортне та затишне середовище для найменших. Велике крите патіо слугує простором для проведення занять в теплий період року.
Ділянка, що відведена під дитячі ігрові майданчики терасована, поступово спускається до озера-збору дощової води, це створює унікальний та живописний простір, який цікаво вивчати малюкам. Кожний майданчик містить дизайнерський навіс, як захист малечі від дощу та сонця.
Територія насичена функціями: ігрова, дослідницька, рекреаційна, спортивна, оздоровча. Різноманітна рослинність допомагає діткам краще пізнати світ.
The kindergarten entrance is located on the side opposite the lyceum, ensuring separation and privacy for its territory. The planning solutions create a comfortable and cozy environment tailored to the youngest children. A spacious covered patio serves as an outdoor classroom during warm seasons.
The area designated for children's playgrounds is terraced, gently sloping down to a rainwater collection pond. This design creates a unique and picturesque space that sparks curiosity and exploration among the children. Each playground is equipped with a custom-designed canopy to protect the children from rain and sun.
The territory is rich in features, including play, exploration, recreation, sports, and wellness zones. Diverse vegetation enhances the environment, providing opportunities for children to better understand and connect with the natural world.
Спортивний комплекс, як і садочок, врізаний в рельєф, тому зайти можна гостям через вестибюль на рівень першого поверху, або учням з внутрішнього двору на рівень цокольного поверху.
Like the kindergarten, the sports complex is embedded into the terrain, providing functional access at different levels. Visitors can enter through the main vestibule on the ground floor level, while students have direct access from the inner courtyard to the basement level. This thoughtful design ensures seamless integration with the site's topography and facilitates efficient movement between spaces.
