SMART & GREEN Townhouses

The first step in creating SMART & GREEN is a courtyard for 18 new townhouses.

 

The first distinctive feature is the lack of cars under the windows of houses. In SMART & GREEN under the windows - the lawn, the aroma of grass and coolness. No overheated engines, no exhaust. All cars are located in designated areas in the center of the yard under canopies with a "green" roof. Voltage will be supplied to each canopy to charge electric vehicles.

 

The houses themselves have complete freedom in planning, there is no internal load-bearing wall. Everyone can plan the perfect apartment.

 

Flexibility allows you to turn 94 square meters into a house, both with three small bedrooms and two large ones. The ground floor can be divided into a kitchen and living room, and you can leave only the shower room and wardrobe under the stairs, and everything else to zone the furniture itself.

 

A small playground-sandbox will be arranged in the yard, and with the construction of the next stages - a large common playground will be arranged nearby.

Першою виразною особливістю є відсутність автомоблів під вікнами будинків. У SMART & GREEN під вікнами - газон, аромат травички і прохолода. Ніяких розігрітих двигунів, ніяких вихлопних газів. Всі автомобілі розміщуються на виділених місцях в центрі подвір’я під навісами із «зеленим» дахом. До кожного навісу буде підведена напруга для зарядки електромобілів.

 

Самі будиночки мають повну свободу у плануванні, немає жодної внутрішньої несучої стіни. Кожен може розпланувати ідеальне помешкання.

 

Гнучкість дозволяє перетворити 94 квадратних метри у будинок, як із трьома невеличкими спальнями, так і з двома великими. Перший поверх можна ділити на кухню і вітальню, а можна залишити лише приміщення душової і гардеробу під сходами, а все інше зонувати самими меблями.

 

У дворі буде влаштований невеличкий дитячий майданчик-пісочниця, а з будівництвом наступних черг - неподалік буде облаштовано великий спільний ігровий майданчик.
