VILLA INCOGNITO is a single-story residence located on the outskirts of Khmelnytskyi. The location of the land plot in this residential area is characterized by a corner, square shape, beginning a row of cottages.
The client's wish was for a pitched roof; despite the roof configuration, the house still maintains a linear and dynamic composition, which is evident in the main facades.
The planning feature creates a cozy, private lounge area on the west side of the house, which offers a wonderful view of the city. This area includes a recessed lounge area by the fire, a dining table, and an outdoor kitchen. The roof composition allows part of this area to be covered, while another part remains open to the sky.
The entrance to the house is from the eastern side. There is also access from the garage, which has a transit to the separate kitchen for leaving groceries. The kitchen and living room have access to the patio. The house contains several bedrooms with separate dressing rooms, as well as a utility room, laundry room, and storage spaces.
