Торгівельно-сервісний комплекс на території 8 гектарів покликаний створити громадський центр у мікрорайоні Озерна і додати чудову локацію на карті міста, куди мешканці і гості міста хотітимуть повернутись не один раз.

Серцем комплексу повинен стати критий продуктовий ринок із двоповерховим фудкортом. По периметру ділянка оточена будівлями-підпірними стінами, в яких розташовані різні магазини, бутіки, заклади харчування, офіси і сервіси. Останньою чергою заплановано будівельний хаб орієнтований на побутові і будівельні товари.

Важливим аспектом було створення якісних громадських просторів на території комплексу. Вулиці, парковки, сквери, тераси - усі ці простори мають бути зразковими в усіх напрямках.

У 2020-му році завершено будівництво першої черги - Вулиця Бутіків.

A trade and service complex spanning 8 hectares aims to establish a community center in the Ozerna neighborhood and add an outstanding location to the city map that both residents and visitors will want to return to time and again.

​

The heart of the complex is planned to be an indoor food market with a two-story food court. The perimeter of the site is surrounded by retaining wall buildings housing various shops, boutiques, dining establishments, offices, and services. The final phase includes a construction hub focused on household and building materials.

An essential aspect of the project was the creation of high-quality public spaces within the complex. Streets, parking areas, squares, and terraces—all these spaces are designed to set exemplary standards in every aspect.

In 2020, the construction of the first phase, the Boutique Street, was completed.
